Booking Policies

Respect Policy – Zero Tolerance for Inappropriate Conduct
 At Skinfinite Solutions Wellness Spa, your comfort, safety, and well-being are our top priorities. We are committed to providing a professional, respectful, and therapeutic environment for all clients.
 
Any form of inappropriate behavior—including but not limited to sexually suggestive comments, gestures, or advances—will not be tolerated under any circumstance.
 
If inappropriate behavior occurs:

  • The session will be terminated immediately.

  • Full payment will still be required.

  • The client will be permanently banned from receiving future services.

  • In severe cases, law enforcement may be contacted.


Our goal is to create a space that supports healing, professionalism, and mutual respect. Thank you for helping to uphold that standard.

Booking Policies
At Skinfinite Solutions Wellness Spa, I am dedicated to providing guests a personalized and exceptional experience. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out all necessary forms, have a consultation, and use restroom prior to session as needed. To ensure a smooth and efficient booking process, please read and adhere to my booking policies and all other policies laid out below.
 
Booking Methods:

  1. Online Booking: Conveniently book appointments on this website. 

  2. Email Booking: For questions or accommodations, please submit the information to info@skinfinitesolutionsws.com

 
Appointment Guidelines:

  1. All appointments are scheduled online only and are self-scheduled. Any add-on or accommodation requests or other important information can be written in the comment box at the time of booking. 

  2. A credit card is required to hold the appointment, but will not be charged unless you decide to pre-pay for the appointment. If you opt to wait until the time of appointment and you want to pay with the card you used to hold the appointment, you must bring the card in, as I do not have access to it. The only way the card on file can be charged is if you cancel your appointment same-day or if you no-show. If you prefer not to leave a card on file, please contact me so that I may schedule your appointment, however, please note that a non-refundable deposit that covers 50% of the cost of the session will be required to make the appointment.

  3. Advanced Booking: I recommend booking your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Last-minute appointments may be available, but we cannot guarantee availability. 

  4. Appointment Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or response within 24 hours of submitting your booking request via email during regular business hours. It may take longer to receive a response on off days. This confirmation will include your appointment date, time, and any specific instructions.


Payment
Skinfinite Solutions Wellness Spa accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. You have the option to pay for the service ahead of time or wait till the day of service. Transaction fees will no longer be charged.

Gratuity/Tipping Policy
Tipping is neither required nor expected. Just like you would not tip your healthcare provider, you do not need to leave gratuity.

Late Arrivals
I value punctuality as it ensures that I can provide you with the best service possible. Please read below on policies based on the service(s) you are getting.

For massages: If you arrive late for your appointment, I may need to shorten your service to avoid inconveniencing clients with subsequent appointments. If I am running behind, I will give you the full allotted time as long as it does not disturb your schedule for the day. If your schedule would be disturbed due to a delay on my end, your session would be pro-rated for the amount of time you do receive.

For skin treatments: Please make every effort to arrive on time. Arriving 10 minutes or more past your appointment time may not allow sufficient time to perform your service safely and effectively. Arriving late may lead to the loss of your session if there are other appointments scheduled immediately after you. If I have time to accommodate the later arrival, I will do my best to do so, but I cannot guarantee that I will have the time.


Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes, you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I value your time and mine. To ensure smooth operation and fairness to all guests, I have established the following cancellation policy:

Appointment Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, to avoid paying a late cancellation fee, please provide notice before 8 pm on the day prior to your service appointment. This allows me to adjust my schedule and accommodate other clients who may be on the waitlist.

How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please text Jeannette directly at (301) 437-6891. Please provide your name, appointment date and time, and when you want to reschedule the service for.

Rescheduling
I understand that circumstances can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate your request. However, please be mindful of repeated rescheduling, as it may affect my ability to schedule appointments in a timely manner.

Late Cancellations & No Shows
Cancellations made on the day of your appointment will be considered late cancellations. If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. I understand that emergencies can happen, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge to the card on file of 100% of the price of the session. 

Exceptions 
I understand that certain situations, such as emergencies or illness, can make it impossible to provide advance notice of a cancellation. In such cases, I will assess each situation individually and exercise discretion.

Thank you for choosing me. Your cooperation with my cancellation policy helps me provide the best service to all my guests. I appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you with exceptional therapeutic services.

Understanding and Communication
I am committed to maintaining a respectful and open line of communication with my guests. If you have any questions or concerns regarding any policy, please feel free to discuss them with me.

Returns, Refunds, & Gift Cards
In the event that you are dissatisfied or have a change of heart with any of the products purchased, my refund policies are laid out as such: 

1. All refunds will be provided as a credit to your account for future services or products. Only unused and unopened products within one week of purchase will be eligible for a refund. If a product is opened or used, a return will not be accepted. For all eligible returns, a receipt is necessary.

2. Services received and gift cards purchased cannot be refunded

3. Gift cards and certificates do not expire. However, keep in mind that starting the 5th year of not being used, 75% of the original value will be lost. At the start of the 6th year, the remaining 25% will be lost resulting in 100% loss of value.
