Whether you are seeking relief from chronic pain, muscle tension, stress, or simply looking to unwind, Jeannette Garcia, our skilled registered nurse and licensed massage therapist, will assess your individual needs through a thorough consultation and, with your contribution and feedback, determine how to proceed to achieve your goal for this visit. Jeannette will use a combination of techniques to target your unique concerns, making adjustments based on your feedback and your body's responses throughout the duration of the massage. Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide me with at least a 24-hour notice or before the end of the business day prior to your service appointment. This allows me to adjust my schedule and accommodate other clients who may be on the waitlist. How to Cancel or Reschedule To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact me by email at info@skinfinitesolutionsws.com. Please provide your name, appointment date and time, and when you want to reschedule service for. Rescheduling I understand that circumstances can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate your request. However, please be mindful of repeated rescheduling, as it may affect my ability to schedule appointments in a timely manner. Late Cancellations & No Shows Cancellations made after business hours the day prior to your appointment will be considered late cancellations. If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. I understand that emergencies can happen, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge to the card on file of 100% of the price of the session plus a 4% transaction fee. Since prices are on a sliding scale, the price charged will be approximately in the middle of that range.
